WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 25, 2017 (Airport)

TRANSPORTATION FROM AIRPORT - ATLANTIS HOTEL

  • Upon arrival at the airport, head to the Atlantis Hotel VIP lounge which is located before you exit the airport. A World of America representative will be waiting for you.
     

  • WOA will provide group transportation to the Atlantis Hotel.
     

  • The event covers transportation between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm only. Attendants arriving before/after this time; or before/after this date, must make arrangements to the hotel at your own expense.

Upon arrival at the hotel, check in at the indicated counter (See map for location).

If you arrive earlier than the check in time (03:00 pm), please go to the "Bell Services" counter, located in front of the Check in desk. (# 2 on the map).

Head to the Hospitality Room (# 3 on the map). A WOA staff member will be there to greet you until 5:30 pm and provide you with all the information and materials for the event.

Attention: If you arrive at the hotel prior to the commencement of the event (Wednesday, October 25th) please go to Hospitality Room 1 (# 3 on the map), between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm to receive your information and materials for the event.

  • NOTE: The transportation will leave promptly at the coordinated time. Guests who are not on time, need to provide their own transportation at their expense.

 
 

PARTICIPATION DETAILS (READ THIS CAREFULLY)

WOA WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  • Consumption generated at the hotel, outside the event, before or after the dates and times presented in this agenda, will be at your own expense.
     

  •  Extra expenses generated by you, such as;  local or long distance calls, in room mini bar, room services, liquor or non-alcoholic beverages not specified in the list that appears at the bottom of this agenda.
     

  • Additional nights, laundry room service and transportation outside the hotel are not included in the programming of the event and will be at your own expense.

    WOA WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR  THE FOLLOWING 
     

  • Room and board from October 25th, starting at 3:00 pm thru breakfast, ending at 11:00 am October 29th.  The event will pay for cover drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinners in the restaurants and menus detailed in this agenda. (See list and map at the bottom).

  • WOA and the hotel will provide you and your companion bracelets that you must wear at all times during the event.  Every charge made by you or your guest must be accompanied  with your room card and the bracelet.
     

  • Charges authorized by WOA and included in the event package will be removed from your final account upon check out. Charges generated by consumptions outside the event package, will be charged to your personal account (Please provide your credit card at the time of check in).

    The food and beverage package includes breakfast, lunch and dinner from the menus available at each restaurant.  Guests will be responsible for any additional food or drink expenses incurred.

  • If you wish to use the free shuttle service provided by the Pullman Hotel when you arrive at Miami International Airport, you must direct yourself to the 2nd floor (departures), for a hotel shuttle. Please look for white vans with the name and logo of the hotel.
     

  • The shuttle service runs every 30 minutes from 4:30 AM to 11:30 PM.

WOA New office official inauguration cocktail


 
  • Departure time to the WOA office and ceremony will be at 5:30 PM (punctual). Please direct yourself to the Pullman hotel lobby, a representative of WOA will be there to greet you and guide you to the shuttle for transport to our offices. 
     

  • The ceremony will begin at 6:00PM and will end at 8:00 PM.
     

  • Return shuttle to the Pullman hotel will be at 8:10 PM.
     

  • Due to building security, all guests must be confirmed prior to arrival or they will not be allowed to enter the premises.
